Laurie Mercier talks with Margot Black of Portland Tenants’ United and with Mercy Strongheart of the Wimby Tenants Union about the Nov. 26th press conference at Wimbledon Square and Gardens to demand a rent abatement for ongoing livability issues, and about organizing for tenant power in the face of neglectful and hostile property management.  There will be a rally next Saturday from 1pm-3pm at the Wimbledon Apartment Complex in support of tenant demands.  The Wimby Tenants Union can be contacted at wimbytu @ gmail.com
