Paul Cienfuegos disscusses how "anti-corporate activists" must stop battling corporations through the regulatory agencies. Instead it's time to flex muscles and become "We The People" - with constitutional authority over our government & corporate entities with the legal capacity to define what corporations are rather than just regulate what they do. Cienfuegos spoke in Portland Friday, Oct 2 at the Econvergence Northwest Regional Gathering on the Economic and Ecological Crisis. He and Mari Margil, Associate Director of the Environmental Legal Defense Fund, also took questions from the audience. This talk aired on KBOO on Oct 7, 2009.
