The run-off election for City Council Seat 3 (held by Dan Saltzman) will be decided next Tuesday November 6th. Today we air the 'Why Arts & Culture Matter Forum' between candidates Loretta Smith and Joann Hardesty, on October 1st!

The discussion was moderated by Namita Gupta Wiggers. Here are some of the questions submitted during the Q&A portion of the event:
