An internation film festival comes home to Portland
The Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation and Technology has been touring the world for over a decade as the International Festival of Cinema and Technology. Now it's come home to Portland as a four-day event that will be taking place at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
S.W. Conser talks with festival co-director Peter Alexander about this event that will feature full-length films, documentaries, sci-fi shorts, and projects that focus on visual effects and the use of cutting-edge technology.
