As Halloween brings an end to Summer 2022 in the Rose City, we present two thilling stories on today's show. In the first hour, KBOO's Own Emily Young reads Night by Ray Bradbury. A young boy observes his mother's distress as his older brother is late coming home on a warm summer night in a small town set the late 1920's.  Also, Katherine Dunn reads The Cat Man, a story of ecologic terror on an isolated island in the Southwestern Pacific overrun by cats! Also lots of music.
