In-person film screenings are ramping up again, and our guests talk about the changes to the local cinema landscape

In the spring of 2020, the Northwest Film Center shut the doors of its Whitsell Auditorium in the face of the Covid lockdown.  Now, the space is opening back up again, but with a different name and different priorities.  Jon Richardson fills us in on the changes at PAM CUT, the Portland Art Museum's Center for an Untold Tomorrow, the Co:Laboratory (formerly the School of the NW Film Center), and the local film festivals that have been on hiatus for over two years.

Also, documentarian and archivist Greg Hamilton joins us once again to update us on independent filmmaking, the small but mighty community of 16mm film preservationists, and his upcoming screening Psychotronic Afterschool Special.
