On this episode of the Gap, Tammy and Althea start with a discussion about Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's Senate confirmation hearings for her appointment to the Supreme Court. Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham were screaming, crying and throwing up and C-SPAN must have hired some reality TV producers to be airing these kinds of histrionics. They tell on themselves though!

Then we talk briefly about a local story, that Prosper Portland, formerly the Portland Development Commission, may be considering creating a new urban renewal area in East Portland. We talk about why they aren't the most credible when it comes to NOT doing gentrification, and that investment in communities and safety doesn't have to look like a TIF district.

Then, for our community question we talk about women and aging -- our bodies are hurtling through time, are we allowed to live in 4 dimensions? We hear from some of our regular callers and some new ones too. Don't worry folks, we will discuss aging and being seen sometime soon!

We really appreciate everyone listening and enjoying the show! FAIR WARNING: Next week is April Fool's and we might be silly, okay?
