Immigration Reform: Bill Resnick speaks with Larry Kleinman, who co-founded and was the long time Secretary-Treasurer of PCUN, Oregon’s farmworker union. He currently works with the Fair Immigration Reform Movement (FIRM), the national lobby for immigrant rights. Larry and Bill discuss the challenges facing the Biden administration on immigration, climate change, criminal justice, and the other key issues. They also discuss what FIRM can demand from the Biden Administration as a fair and just immigration system.

The Left and the Law: Jan Haaken and Mike Snedeker review the post-Trump era of the Supreme Court and Trump's legacy of hundreds of appointments of conservative judges to federal courts. Jan and Mike also discuss some of the history of federal courts and their role in the criminal justice system and ask how much progressives should turn to the courts. 

Death on the Streets: In the run up to the Homeless Person's Memorial Day on December 21, Desiree Hellegers speaks with Carla Reese and Anitra Freeman, organizers with Seattle's WHEEL (a homeless women's organization) about their Women in Black vigils to call attention to the routine deaths of houseless people on the streets and sidewalks of the city that's home to corporate tax dodgers including Amazon, Starbucks and Microsoft.
