 Joe and Abe host a discussion of the Second Amendment. What are our rights and responsibilities?  The text reads as follows:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Some groups, such as the Pink Pistols, support carrying guns for self defense because they feel discriminated against.  Other groups support carrying guns so that they CAN discriminate against others in a physically damaging manner.  Still other groups support carrying guns "for Sport."

Then there's the Civilian Marksmanship Program, created by the U.S. Congress, to provide civilians an opportunity to learn and practice marksmanship skills so they would be skilled shooters if later called on to serve the U.S. military...

Yes, it's a complicated issue...
