Cory shares his experience with Portland Police.
During the Black Lives Matter & George Floyd protests that have been happening daily in downtown Portland, Oregon since the death of George Floyd at the hands of the Minneapolis police department,
TRIPP-P co-host and independant journalist Cory Elia was hit with a baton and slammed against a wall amidst a fog of teargas, by the Portland Police Bureau, while covering the situation in the Rose City.
Co-host Lesley McLam gave Cory a call the morning after the incident to learn how he was doing the next day and what had happened the night before.
