While coronavirus is spreading across the world and worsening in the United States, President Trump took time from his Wednesday briefing to focus on Venezuela and its role in the coronavirus outbreak, as well as its response within its own borders. The administration also recently indicted Venezuelan President Maduro on drug-trafficking charges.
