As the darkness of the season surrounds us, we are encouraged to dive deep within to find the seeds of our future.

In the neo wiccanish path, the Solstice night is a time to meditate on the dark, birthing our visions for the new year that begins with the dawn.

It is easy to let darkness overwhelm us. To give in to fear of unknown, and thoughts running into the worst dystopias imaginable.

Let the cycle of nature bring some comfort, as we know that dawn fallows night, and spring follows winter.

I am excited that Barbara Ford will be joining me in the studio for a conversation on holding hope through times that are foreboding.

Barbara is an activist, therapist, facilitator, singer, and artist.  She has worked closely with Joanna Macy, and offers workshops, classes, and webinars on Active Hope, The Work That Reconnects, Radical Gratitude, and other offerings which explore the convergence of spirit, creativity, and the engaged life.

All of Barbara’s work, whether in music, visual art, or experiential workshops, has the intention of exploring and embodying the convergence of activism, spirit, soul, and creativity.

Barbara has a workshop coming up in January called "Hope in the Dark."

Please join us.  The studio line is 503-231-8187
