To commemorate the final season of Portlandia, IFC's love/hate letter to Portland, we welcome three of the show's guiding talents. Emmy-nominated series producer David Cress has been a creative force in Portland for over twenty years and has helped promote Oregon as a destination for film and TV production. Cleo and Peabody award-winning line producer Kevin Sullivan regulates the chaos on- and off-set. And Sleater-Kinney's Janet Weiss was named as one of the greatest drummers of all time by Rolling Stone magazine before taking on the role of permit manager for Portlandia.
We're also joined on the phone by indie director Mahalia Cohen, whose new feature The Last Hot Lick is a love letter to touring musicians, starring the late Jaime Leopold.
