Gardening
Host Glen Andresen and guest Jim Gilbert discuss the pros and cons of "plasticulture," the practice of using plastic as a mulch or covering on raised beds. Also, late fall is a great time for planting fruit trees, so Jim will pass along tips to get your trees off to a great start. And it's time to divide rhubarb. It's a simple process and you will be rewarded with bigger plants next year.
As always, we'll answer your gardening questions, have a new Plant of the Month (leeks), quiz you with a new Garden Stumper, and fill you in on what's going on in the honey bee hive this month.
The Dirtbag... Listen. Laugh. Learn.
