A preliminary report from a federal agency investigating the oil train derailment near Mosier, Oregon, has shed some light on the causes of the accident, placing the blame on Union Pacific.
Despite this, the rail giant recently announced it would continue shipping crude through the Gorge, prompting reactions from environmental groups and Oregon Governor Kate Brown.
