Have you ever had trouble resolving a conflict with your landlord? Your co-worker? Your teenager? Maybe the upstairs neighbor who plays music until 3 am? Or, that annoying guy who always blocks your driveway with his car? If so, you might just want to try community mediation. Volunteers with "Resolutions Northwest" have been providing Portland residents with free to low-cost conflict resolution services for over tenty years. Reporter Katie Arrants has more on the organization's mission to peacefully resolve community disputes.
