Songs My Dad Would Have Liked

I became a country music fan through the influence of my father, Ernest. When I was a kid, we had one radio station that played everything; news, pop music, ball games. But we had a killer stereo, and my dad was always cranking out Charlie Pride, Bobby Bare, Buck, Patsy, Hank, Johnny, and others. Their songs were imprinted in my musical DNA and after years in the wilderness brought me back to country and eventually to volunteering at KBOO. My father passed recently, so this show will be dedicated to songs he would have liked.
