As an immigrant from Guatemala, to the USA, Héctor shares with us his experiences about becoming an immigrant in the US.  As a resident of Portland, OR he tells us about his challenges and projects.

Autobiography is also an oral tradition that goes from generation to generation. It is a community's cultural and historical traditions passed down by word of mouth or example from one generation to another.  Consuelo invites you to participate, ask questions, and share your experiences with us. Have you passed on to your children your parent's experiences? Are you talking to your grandchildren concerning your life story?
