Two great radio series are highlighted tonight on the bed time radio show for grownups. First, Humphrey Bogart and Lauran Bacall star in Bold Venture. Set in Havana, Slate Shannon (Bogart) and Sailor Duval (Bacall) are hired to rescue a wealthy man's daughter from the influence of the owner of a gambling ship, the Blue Moon, now anchored in Havana's harbour. In our second half, Jack Webb stars in Pat Novak For Hire. Set along the San Francisco waterfront, Pat is again caught up in trouble when he mistakenly picks up the wrong shirts at the laundry. Also appearing in this episode is Raymond Burr.
